With a line-up of 8 World-Class Group Fitness classes delivering the results people want, passionate instructors, and a full service cardio and strength training floor, we know we can change the way you feel about fitness, and help you change your life!

Question:

What support can I expect?

Answer:

From the first day you join, you will have access to our personal trainers to orient you with the equipment, classes and to answer any questions you have about starting your fitness plan.

Ongoing, you will always have the support and encouragement of all the staff, trainers and instructors you meet, whether you need advice on an exercise, have a question on a class or just want to chat.

Question:

What are your members like?

Answer:

Fitness Revolution members are some of the most supportive, friendly and inspirational people you will meet. They range in ages from 10-80+, both male and female, with the majority resting between the ages of 35-55. Many have been with our facility for over 10 years and you will feel a strong sense of team work and friendship as soon as you join.

Question:

If I am interested in joining, do I need to make an appointment to speak with someone?

Answer:

We recommend calling ahead of time to schedule an appointment with our membership director.  This will allow you to meet one on one with them, take a tour through our facility and discuss a membership plan that best fits your needs.

Question:

I have never taken a Group Fitness class before. Should I come early to learn about the class?

Answer:

Absolutely! We always recommend that if it is your first class, with any of our programs, that you come at least 10 minutes early to meet the instructor and learn about the format of the class, different exercises you may see, and understand what to expect. This will also allow us to answer any questions you have about the class and set you up for success!

Question:

I haven't worked out in a long time. Are your classes only for those who are already fit?

Answer:

Not at all. Our programs are great for any fitness level, from beginner to advance. Each of our program instructors can walk you through modifications, as needed, to any of the exercises and above all, you are in charge of your workout when you walk into the room. After 3-4 classes of a program, you will begin to feel more comfortable with the movement and intensity levels of the class, and will be able to work both your cardio and strength endurance more each time you attend.

Question:

Do you have shower and changing facilities in case I come right before or after work?

Answer:

Yes we do! Both men and women locker rooms are supplied with showers and areas to change clothes to make it convenient for you to come and go directly from your work each day. We also have open lockers which you are welcome to use and bring your own lock for.

Question:

What is a “Launch” and when do they happen?

Answer:

A launch is when we release our new music for all 7 of our Les Mills programs and they happen four times a year, every three months. They are really exciting and allow us to not only introduce new, amazing music, but also new exercises and routines in all of our programs! With multiple instructors and an undeniable energy, they are definitely a highlight to the year!
