There are some things you come to expect from a fitness club. You'll find weight machines, free weights and cardio trainers like elipticals and treadmills in just about every club you visit but at Fitness Revolution fitness comes alive in a variety of group fitness programs scheduled throughout the week to stimulate and challenge you in a way that few fitness programs can.
Each day, the schedule is stocked with group fitness classes and small group fitness classes designed by the Les Mills company and run by our staff of instructors certified by Les Mills. Each class is set to music to keep you focused and motivated.

SENIOR STRENGTH — A combination of strength and aerobic training for the young at heart! As people age, poor balance and flexibility contribute to falls and broken bones. Senior strength is preventive medicine.
