SGT offers you a chance to interface with Fitness Professionals at a very affordable price. The small group training classes differ from our other regularly scheduled classes in that the number of participants is limited, the duration of the class is limited, and the purpose of the training is specific to the class participant's goals as well as great for general fitness purposes. SGT is limited to 4 - 10 participants depending on the program. So sign up early to reserve your place. Check the regular group exercise schedule for the SGT schedule.

Small Group Classes
CX30™ — Is the intensely challenging 30-minute core workout that gets your results where it counts the most.
KETTLEBELLS — A 30 minute conditioning class that builds athleticism, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and functional strength while burning excess fat. If you're serious about fitness and ready for a new challenge, this is for you!
TRX — A 30 min. combination of TRX and cardio drills, with medicine and stability balls, jump ropes, Kettlebells, and plyometric drills. Keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace.
TRX/KETTLEBELL — A mix of suspension and Kettlebell training to maximize your workout potential.
METABOLIC TRAINING — A 30 minute courageous, daring, dynamic conditioning experience. Working in intervals to increase athletic performance, boost decrease body fat.
STABILITY BALL — Get on the ball and get moving with one of the most versatile pieces of equipment. This class utilizes Stability Balls to create a total body strength training session, which will challenge & develop balance and core strength.
