Betsy
With a background in fitness and health education, and a passion for group fitness management, Betsy has built her life and career around spreading health and fitness to those around her. As a former swimming and life guard instructor, Betsy used to watch fitness classes from the pool deck. After taking her first group exercise class (step) on a dare, she was hooked and started teaching college PHE classes less than three months later…and never stopped. Currently a part of the Les Mills North East team, she continues to manage, present and spread the amazing lifelong benefits exercise, and specifically, the Les Mills programs can bring to those who know them. While her hair-style and color might change every time you see her, Betsy’s passion, drive, and fire for spreading the Les Mills vision to clubs, managers, and members is constant. |

Vicki
My passion for group fitness goes back to high school. I was never the star athlete on a sports team, but I did find my niche at the local YMCA. Hitting the early classes before school and again at night, I quickly found a sense of belonging in the group fitness studios. Although my life is different now, married, two toddler boys and a registered nurse at the hospital, my love for group fitness hasn't changed a bit. I am currently certified in BODYSTEP and hoping to challenge myself with another program soon. See you at the club! |

Emily
Emily has been teaching Ashtanga-based (athletic) Yoga on the seacoast since 2000; as well as at resort spa-retreats in both Mexico and Costa Rica. She is an experienced Yoga teacher and currently teaches throughout New England. "After my first Yoga class, I knew it would be part of my life always. The natural flow of Ashtanga Yoga, as it links the breath and the body movements, encourages grace and fluidity in everyday life. The challenging physical postures and the focus on the breath all develop a mind that is clear and present. Through being around teachers and students of Yoga, I have come to realize that a strong practice can have an obvious and beautiful effect on the practitioner. I have also seen how insecurities and fears present themselves in practice and how working out these issues in class can translate into a greater understanding of oneself in life." Emily has also been a practicing massage therapist in Newburyport, MA for two years. |

Allison O
“I have been taking Les Mills classes for over 6 years and was very excited to get the opportunity to instruct through our new RPM program a few years ago. The awesome instructors before me made it look so easy and I was surprised at how much of a challenge it was. I’ve since included BODYPUMP and I love every minute of it. Seeing the members smile when they talk about the results they are getting from my classes makes it all worth it. My husband and 2 girls have been very supportive and patient with my “hobby” and hopefully I’m passing on great habits to them.” |

“Working 10 years at the gym, it has become my second home. It has brought only good into my life: a better lifestyle and outlook on myself, great friends, and a wonderful husband. The members and staff make Fitness Revolution a place you want to be a part of, they give you the encouragement and drive to reach goals. That is why I became an RPM instructor, to encourage and inspire others to do the same, while rocking out on a bike! I also work full time as an Accounting Manager and am a mother of one. My challenge is to become an instructor in another program.” |

Denise
“I have been a member of the gym and a fan of Les Mills classes for many years and was thrilled to become an instructor so that I could share the passion and excitement that I had for the class. Now having been an instructor a little over a year, I find that my excitement has not diminished and that it is the team of instructors and members that keep it going. Though I only teach pump I am a huge fan of the rest of the classes and can be found at the gym in what little spare time I have. The members have all become a family away from home for me and I feel lucky to be a part of such a positive and energizing group.” |
